an existing and successful group of organisations used to dealing with
high net worth individuals and their portfolios. |

The Tideway Investment Group Limited (TIG) is the umbrella company that
owns both InvestwithQ and Tideway Investment Partners LLP (TIP). Many
of the shareholders in TIG are clients of Tideway Investment Partners.

Tideway Investment Partners LLP is owned and controlled by the Tideway
Investment Group Ltd whose shareholders are made up of the Tideway
partners and their families and a number of founder clients of the
firm. |
Client shareholders in the Tideway Group include:
- Stephen O' Sullivan about to become head of Asia and Emerging Market research for Barclays Capital based in Hong Kong.
- Peter Doherty, currently Managing Director Account Management at Markit and formerly a hedge fund manager, director Bank Of America and fixed income sales executive at Goldman Sachs.
- John Elgar corporate partner of London lawyers K&L Gates.
- Chris and Karen Lewis, Chris Lewis is CEO and founder shareholder in Layline Energy LLC, an energy company in Houston Texas.
- Mark and Niki Phillips, Mark Phillips is CEO of Paramount Restaurants owners of the Chez Gerard restaurants.
- Jeremy Hill accounts manager for TEAMORIGIN the British America's Cup challenger.
